Coho Derby 2022

Sunday, September 11th

                                                                                                   

  • Entry Fee $10.00,
  • Open to members of PSA, guests are welcome as long as they are fishing in a boat with a member in good standing from any PSA Chapter, EVERYONE fishing in the boat must be entered in the derby.
  • Derby hours 4:00am until weigh-in station closes at 12:30pm
  • Weigh-in at Don Armeni Boat Ramp in West Seattle from 11:00am running until 12:30pm.
  • All fish must be weighed in or in line to be weighed in by 12:30 pm, No exceptions.
  • All fish must be gutted and gilled before arriving to weigh Station.
  • Derby officials have the right to inspect and further clean all fish that are not cleaned properly.
  • In case of a tie derby officials will use the first fish weighed in to settle the tie.
  • Only 1 fish per person may be entered for cash or prizes.
  • Cash prizes will be awarded for the biggest 3 Silvers plus a mystery fish.

1st place $100, 2nd place $75, 3rd place $50, Mystery fish $50.

 

This Derby is meant to be a fun event for PSA members to get together and swap fishing stories and get to know other members, and of course bragging rights.

 

On a side note

We are in need of fish to be donated to the Renton Chapter to be used at out September Fish bake and fish Fry.

 

The Renton chapter will be providing hot dogs, Chips, cookies, water and pop prior to the awards. Weigh in and awards will be held above the launch at the picnic area behind the restrooms At Don Armeni launch in West Seattle (Elliot Bay). Come on down and join the fun!
